Condition notice section 13 of  legislative decree n. 196 of 30/06/2003 
Dear client we invite you to view this document before sending us your personal data. 
All data concerning Your person received by us verbally, through documentation or electronically are regarded as personal data. These data may be archived by third parties(Commercial information companies,registers,lists,or publicdata banks,associations, other public entities, etc), essentially referable by trade name, address, VAT number, fiscal code, telephone or electronic postal address as well as data relative to econimic and commercial activity.
In accordance with section 13 of the legislative decree n.196/2003 we supply the following information:  
* The use of Your personal data will be referable to the following:
1. the completion of contractual agreements (sales / purchase) between both parties
2. executions deriving from laws and from provisions set down by authorities working in accordance with the law  
3. administrative and organisational management of the contractual relationship
4. tutelage of  LUIGI DAL POZZO SpA  in legal sitting
5. commercialisation of our products and services. It is to this ends that the formal consensus of the interested party is requested  by way of the following form to be filled in. This consenses authorises us to electronically or otherwise send You commercial information and or reply to Your specific requests.
* All personal data are dealt with in paper, telematic and electronic form in accordance with the legal requirements that guarantee the security, correct processing, updating and relevance of that data  in accordance with the use declared here. 
* The conferment of the data is obligatory in order to fulfil obligations set out by laws and provisions; furthermore it is necessary to fulfil contractual obligations and to reply to eventual requests .
Refusal to supply personal data, also for further dealings, could make it impossible for LUIGI DAL POZZO SpA to continue with the same contractual relationship ,
It being understood that the communications made to institutions in the execution of obbligations set down by laws, rules or regulations Your data may be:
* passed on to categories and/or persons such as Credit institutions, professional institutions or companies that perform in the legal and administrative accounts fields; 
* made available to, in their authorised role to deal with the data, the employees of the here named company and to companies and/or persons associated with us and who work on behalf of our company, in order to carry out the contractual obligations above mentioned, in accordance with the instructions received. 
The parties, to whom the data are relayed, will handle the data according to that set out in this notice excluding only that set out in point number 5. The data may not be used for statistical means and if used must be handled anonymously; in this as in the diffusion of the data is not foreseen.
Regarding this data You have the  right to apply the following provisions in accordance with section. 7 of the legislative decree n.196/2003 subject conditions set out in sub sections 8, 9 and 10 of the same legislative decree. 
You reserve the right :
* to gain from the owner the right to confirm the existence of  the personal data of which you are subject;
* to gain  knowledge of the origin of the data , the reasoning behind the use of the data and the ends to which the data will be utilised;
* cancel, transform to anonymous or block data used in violation of the law, including data which it is not necessary to preserve in relation to the end for which the data was gathered or successively handled; 
* gain the update, correction or if required the integration of the data;
*gain confirmation that the above provisions have been made known to data subject ;
* oppose, for legitimate reasons, the handing of the data of which you are subject, even if pertinent to the aim of the data collection, with the risk that the execution of the contract  or  association will be impeded.
To exercise your rights or to gain more detailed information about the persons and categories of persons who will receive the data or learn about the data, in their role as Data Controller, you may contact the person identified here.

* The name of the Data Control Manager is Mrs. Emanuela Dal Pozzo, in her role as Director of the above named company.
